Product Rental
The rental period begins on the day you place your order, plus 3 business days to account for shipping of the rented product.
The following applies to products that are not returned as agreed:
- A reminder should be sent out
- A late fee (5% of the price of the rented products) will be charged
- If rented products are not returned within two weeks, the case is referred to a collection agency.
- When the collection agency's deadline expires, you, as the customer, will be liable to pay the price of the unreturned product(s).
- Case is forwarded to the Enforcement Authority
If you damage rented products, you are liable to pay compensation equal to the value of the damaged product(s).
Shipping and Returns
Shipping costs are paid when ordering products.
When renting products, a return shipping label is included with the delivery; please use this label when returning the products as specified in the agreement. Please keep the packaging in which the products were delivered so that it can be used for the return.
